Attendance via approved virtual platforms is considered equivalent to in-person attendance, provided the trainee is actively engaged.
Permitted absence is a maximum of 15% of the total course hours.
If a trainee exceeds the permitted absence rate, they will be withdrawn from the course and will not receive the certificate.
For in-person sessions: Trainees must participate in discussions, exercises, and activities as directed by the trainer.
For online sessions: Trainees must log in on time, keep their camera on if requested, participate actively (via chat, “raise hand”, polls, etc.), and avoid distractions.
All trainees, regardless of mode, must observe professional conduct, contribute thoughtfully, and complete any required tasks or quizzes.
Before the session: Ensure a reliable internet connection, functioning webcam & microphone, and a quiet, well-lit environment.
During the session: Stay connected for the full duration, remain visible and audible when required, and avoid unrelated multitasking.
